How soon after placing my order will it be shipped?

Stock items are shipped within 2 business days, and bespoke orders are shipped within 8 business days, however if it is urgent, please email  info@charliemiddleton.com as we often keep the popular bespoke items in stock and may be able to ship immediately.

How long does shipping generally take?

Domestic orders are generally delivered within 2-5 business days of the ship date.

If the express option is chosen, capital cities are often within 2 business days.* (Sydney metro orders are often delivered next business day, and very remote regional areas can be 7 days or more).

International orders are generally delivered within 4-7 Business days after ship date for express shipping and within 10-20 days for Standard Shipping.* (dependent upon the destination and customs processing).

For the small item economy option, we ship as a large letter which is not trackable and takes around 15-35 days.

How much does Shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart.

A basic guide to shipping costs is; All items in Aus are $6.90-$9.90 via standard and Express Post pricing varies depending on the state. (You can select the shipping option of your choice in the checkout).

Rest of the world is $14.90-$19.90 for standard, and $29.90-$39.90 for EMS Express.
